French Roast

French Roasted Coffee should be brought along at even pace during the roasting process. We use our Costa Rican bean and bring it to a beatiful dark roast in 16 minutes to a temperature of  425 degrees. This uniform roasting allows us to keep the full flavor of the bean and give the drinker the delicious pleasure of a dark roast.
